About Me
- Name: Birgit
- Location: Beijing, China
My name is Birgit. I am German. I have been living with my family in Beijing since October 2006. We are the Eberlein family: Me, my husband Joe, my daughter Elisa (16), my son Fabian (15),my daughter Franziska (12) and our black Labrador Buddy (4). We have been living here for more than 2 years now, Beijing felt like home for our faDrinmily. I love Chinise food and Culture and drinking Vanilla Lattes in Starbucks, yes I love the paradoxical life here! I am working as aRelocation Counselour and enjoy the work with Expat families. China inspires me to develop ideas and finding my passion. Working with Expat and their families is my passion.

How are you? Are you in Germany this summer? Will you be starting at WAB in September? I had friends that taught there for 5 years and they loved it. And I know someone else who will be moving there to be the ESL teacher (but I don't know whether she'll be in elementary or high school). I see you're in the choir which is great! I was always in choirs and loved it. I even helped out with our elementary school choir this year. I am here in the USA in Maine this summer hanging out with my family, especially my 3 year old nephew. He's very cute and funny but full of energy and keeps us busy. Next week I leave here and will be moving to Mexico City.
